My late father Jim Fitzgerald started the Rainbow Beach butcher shop in 1988 in rainbow beach, Australia and shortly after starting putting a breeding program together so that our cattle could be put through the butcher shop. This program is still operational today.  The creek beef co processes about 600 cattle per year for the Rainbow Beach Butcher shop.

Rainbow Beach meats offers a variety of organically grown meat products, from hand raised stock, in Queensland, Australia.

Our range includes Lilydale free range chicken, lamb from the south of Tasmania, pork from murgon in the south burnett,  beef from the creek beef co,  ham and smoked goods made in our smoke house.

Our Farm

Our farm “Cooloola’  is located in Proston, in  the heart of Rural Queensland.  The farm is 430 hectares of quality farming land. We see quite a bit of rain which keeps our paddocks lush and green, and in turn provides our stock with the best possible feed. The plentiful grazing, and wide open spaces ensure the cattle are raised in ideal surroundings.
