At Rainbow Beach Meats, we strive to provide the highest quality products and excellent customer service. Our products are free of any nasty preservatives and supplied in quality sealed packaging. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for any quality issues or defects in our products. If you find any problems with the products you purchased from us, please return the package to us along with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. Please note that damaged goods cannot be refunded. Please take care when packing your returned goods.

Damaged Packaging during Shipping

We take great care in packing and distributing our products, but sometimes, damage can occur during shipping. While we adhere to all Food Safety QLD rules, regulations, and guidelines, we understand that packaging may become damaged in transit. We will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs in the shipping process once the product has left our premises.
